- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electrical and Electronics Engineering in first division with NET/GATE qualification; OR
- M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Applied Electronics/RF and Microwave/Microwave Engineering in first division at both graduate and postgraduate level.
- Hostel accommodation will be provided subject to availability, as per Institute rules.
- The selected candidate will get a chance to apply for a Ph.D. degree at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus, as per the rules of the Ph.D. programme.
