Eligibility
- Women member of an NRLM Self-Help Group.
- Age 25–45 years as on 01.01.2026; proof: Madhyamik/10th admit card or birth certificate.
- Resident of Birbhum district; proof: Aadhaar or EPIC.
- Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent passed.
- At least 3 years as CRP, Meen Mitra, Van Sakhi, PMK or other community cadre under NRLM; BDO certificate required.
- Valid elector in the current electoral roll; willing to work in any MKSP-IFC unit in Birbhum.
- If selected, must resign from any government/NGO/ICDS/ASHA/VRP/PRI position.
Selection
- Written test: 90 marks — 45 MCQs of 2 marks each, 1 hour 30 minutes, based on 10th-standard maths, English, GK, NRLM topics and basic computer knowledge.
- Interview: 10 marks for candidates qualifying in the written test.
How to apply
Submit the prescribed application form at the Office of the Additional District Mission Director, DMMU & PD, DRDC, 1st Floor, Suri, Birbhum between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM on working days from 29 October to 17 November 2026. No application fee; no TA/DA.
