BINUS University Faculty Recruitment 2026: Lecturer and Associate Lecturer Specialist Positions

BINUS University has invited applications for the positions of Lecturer Specialist – S2 and Associate Lecturer Specialist – S3. The selected candidates will contribute to teaching, research, student development and community-service activities.

Available Positions

Teaching Responsibilities

Selected faculty members will be responsible for:

• Delivering basic and applied knowledge to students

• Supporting students throughout the learning process

• Assessing students’ learning and academic progress

• Contributing to effective teaching and academic development

Research Responsibilities

The positions involve:

• Participating actively in research projects

• Proposing new topics for research

• Maintaining an active programme of research, scholarship or artistic creativity

• Publishing academic articles, books and other scholarly work

• Presenting and disseminating research findings to academic and external audiences

Candidates appointed as Lecturer Specialist – S2 will also be expected to develop a strong national or international academic reputation and work towards progression to the rank of Professor or Academic Specialist.

Community-Service Responsibilities

Faculty members will be expected to:

• Participate actively in community-service programmes

• Propose new programmes and initiatives for community engagement

• Contribute to activities aligned with the university’s educational and social objectives
