Important Points – Sr. DGM (E-VIA) Job Description
- Sr. DGM / National Marketing (NM) / Army: Technical coordination and liaison between BEL SBUs and Army HQ / MoD / DGQA / DRDO / other PSUs for business needs and development.
- Sr. DGM / National Marketing (NM) / Air Force: Liaison between BEL SBUs and AHQ / MoD / DGAQA / DRDO / Certifying Agencies (CEMILAC / RCMA) / other PSUs.
- Sr. DGM / National Marketing (NM) / Navy: Liaison between BEL SBUs and Navy HQ / MoD / DGQA / DRDO / other PSUs.
- Sr. DGM / Water Front Support (WFS) – Vishakhapatnam, Mumbai & Karwar: Warranty / AMC / RRC activities, STW/HATS/SAT technical & logistics, JRI of products received at material organizations and WEDs, health audit of BEL products/systems/services on board naval platforms, DI/DR support to IN ships.
- Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, exhibitions and seminars to promote BEL.
- Establish and maintain formal and informal networks with customers for BEL business interests.
- Candidates with staff appointments at Army/Air/Naval HQ / Commands with experience in capital / revenue procurements may have an advantage.
Terms of Engagement & Remuneration
Selected candidates will be placed in Grade E-VIA on Permanent Basis in the minimum of Pay Scale Rs. 90,000 - 3% - Rs. 2,40,000 + admissible allowances. In addition to basic pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, PF, Gratuity, Pension, Group Insurance, Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement for self and dependent family members as per Company rules.
Selection Procedure
- Candidates meeting the stipulated eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the selection process.
- On the basis of eligibility criteria, candidates shall be called for the interview.
- Final selection result will be made available on BEL website.
- Provisional appointment order will be issued to the selected candidate by email.
- Appointment subject to being found Medically Fit by the Company medical authorities.
