Tenure & Posting
- Tenure of engagement is 15 years, renewable every 5 years, or the date of superannuation (60 years of age), whichever is earlier, based on individual performance and project requirements.
- Posting shall be PAN-India project site locations as per company requirement.
Remuneration Package
- In addition to Basic Pay, allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, perquisites at 35% of annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per company rules form part of the remuneration package.
Selection Process
- Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview for candidates who qualify in the written test, in a ratio of 1:7 as per the vacancy in the category.
