Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Jalahalli, Bengaluru – a Navratna Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence – invites online applications for the post of Senior Engineer (E-III) on Fixed Term Basis (5 years, extendable by 02 years) for its Export Manufacturing – SBU, Bangalore Complex (Advertisement No. BGEM/2627/09/01 dated 09.09.2026). Selection will be through Written Test and/or Interview.

Pay Scale
Senior Engineer (E-III): Rs.50,000 - 3% - Rs.1,60,000. In addition to Basic Pay, allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Perquisites (35% of annual basic pay), Performance Related Pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity (if applicable) as per Company rules.
Tenure
Engagement on Fixed Term basis for a period of 05 years, extendable by 02 years based on individual performance and project requirements.
Eligibility
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.08.2026 for UR candidates. Relaxation: OBC (NCL) +3 years, SC/ST +5 years, PwBD (min 40% disability) +10 years, Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. guidelines.
- Qualification: Full-time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 years course) from AICTE approved Colleges/Institutions or a recognised University in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / ECE / Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication / Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics (for ECE posts) or Computer Science / CSE / Information Technology / Information Science & Engineering (for CS posts).
- Minimum Marks: 60% for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/PwBD.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years Post Qualification Experience (as on 01.08.2026) in the relevant domain (Database & Software Development / Embedded System Development / 3D Visual Software Development).
