Nature of Engagement: Fixed Tenure Basis (Contractual) +
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 per month (Approximate CTC: Rs. 15 Lakhs per annum) +

In addition to Basic Pay, allowances include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, and Provident Fund as per Company rules. +
