Eligibility
- Age: Maximum 60 years as on 31 Mar 2026.
- Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Electronics/E&TC/IT/Computer Science/Computer Engg./Electrical/Mechanical or allied disciplines from a recognised Institute/University.
- Desirable: MBA (Finance/Operations/Projects), PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management, PMP certification. Additional qualifications preferred based on role suitability.
- Experience: At least 10 years cumulative experience in Program/Project Management (planning/execution/implementation/monitoring of high-value projects); knowledge of RFPs/EOI/Contract Agreements/MoU/LOIs/Work Orders; well versed with Govt. regulations, CVC guidelines, Labour Laws.
- Previous Employment: Served in regular (non-contractual) capacity for at least 20 cumulative years in CPSEs; Central Government Group 'A' officers (incl. Armed Forces/Para-military); or State PSEs with annual turnover of Rs.500 Cr or more (last 3 years). Last pay should be equivalent CDA Scale as per 7th CPC (Rs.78,800-2,09,200) (revised)/(PB-3+GP).
Job Requirements
- Oversee multiple programs/projects; provide leadership to project teams/officials; draft/prepare RFPs, Contract Agreements, MoU, EOI, LOIs, Work Orders; develop scope/deliverables/resources/work plan/budget/timing for new initiatives; manage teams for optimal ROI; identify cross-functional/vendor requirements; manage/develop project budgets; identify risks/opportunities and produce program reports for stakeholders.
Selection Process
- Applications scrutinised and shortlisted per prescribed eligibility; mere possession of qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage.
- Shortlist forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer for interview/assessment/skill test as decided by the Client. Shortlisted candidates informed via registered email/telephone.
