AUIDFCL Manager (Civil) Walk-in Interview 2026

Assam Urban Infrastructure Development and Finance Corporation Limited (AUIDFCL) has released a notification for the engagement of Manager (Civil) on a contractual basis under the Assam Urban Sector Development Project (AUSDP). This is a walk-in interview-based recruitment for one post at the Project Management Unit (PMU).

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institution approved by AICTE/UGC.
• Candidates must possess a valid degree and all relevant educational documents.

Desirable / Preferred:

• Experience in civil works supervision, project management, and quality assurance.
• Prior experience in urban infrastructure projects, roads, drains, water supply, or sewerage systems.
• Familiarity with government procurement and project execution norms.
• Knowledge of Assamese language is desirable.
• Candidates with experience in ADB/World Bank funded projects will be given preference.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a walk-in interview to be held on 24 August 2026. Candidates must appear in person with all original documents and self-attested photocopies.

1. Filled-in application form (to be provided at the venue or downloaded from the official website)
2. Updated resume/CV
3. All original educational certificates and mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post-Graduation if applicable)
4. Experience certificates from previous employers
5. Identity proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID)
6. Recent passport-size photographs (2 copies)
7. Any other relevant documents

Walk-in Interview Details

Terms and Conditions

• The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right for regular employment or absorption in AUIDFCL.
• Remuneration and other terms will be as per AUIDFCL norms for contractual engagements.
• AUIDFCL reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or to cancel the engagement process without assigning any reason.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the walk-in interview.
• Only shortlisted candidates from the interview will be considered for further evaluation.
• The decision of AUIDFCL management will be final and binding in all matters.
