Eligibility

• Retired teachers of public Universities/Degree Colleges (Govt or Non-Govt Aided 488 & 662 category / Sanskrit colleges).
• Master's degree in concerned subject with 55% marks. Only retired faculties of the concerned subject eligible; good service record, sound health; no departmental proceedings/pending criminal case.

Age Limit

Upper age within 69 years as on advertisement date; engagement allowed till 70 years.

Selection Process

Walk-in interview on 20.08.2026 at 10:00 AM onwards, Principal Office, Atal Behari College, Basudevpur, Bhadrak. Evaluation per Annexure-A (max 60 marks).

Remuneration

• Rs. 25,000/- p.m. (retired Asst. Professor up to Stage-II/Lecturer, without PhD) for min 50 classes; Rs. 30,000/- (with PhD); Rs. 35,000/- (Stage-III/Assoc. Professor/Reader); Rs. 40,000/- (with PhD); Rs. 50,000/- (Retired Professors). Proportional deduction if fewer classes.
