The District Magistrate, Arwal, invites biodata/applications in the prescribed proforma from suitable and experienced advocates of all sections (men, women and transgender) for preparation of a panel for Government Pleader and Assistant Government Pleader for conducting civil cases in the Court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Arwal, under the Bihar Law Officer (Engagement) Rules, 2023 (Memo No. 1509/Vidhi, dated 14.10.2026).
Eligibility
- Indian citizen enrolled with the Bar Council constituted under the Advocates Act
- Practising in the courts specified under the Rules
- Income-tax assessee for at least the three financial years preceding the application year
- Minimum 7 years standing as an advocate for Government / Assistant Government Pleader
