APPSC, Itanagar invites online applications (OTR mandatory) for the Common Recruitment Examination for Group-A & Group-B Gazetted (Technical) Posts 2026 (Part-I) (Advt. 04/2026 dated 01.09.2026). Only Indian citizens + AP PRC holders + APST with tribal-language proficiency may apply.

Eligibility
- ADO: B.Sc Agriculture. HDO: B.Sc Horticulture. VO: B.V.Sc & AH + AP State Veterinary Council registration (mandatory at form/verification). AD (Sericulture): B.Sc + PG Diploma in Sericulture. DDO: B.Tech Dairy Technology or equivalent (B.Sc Dairying / Food Tech 4-yr / Microbial & Food Tech / B.Tech Biotech). Final-sem candidates may apply (proof by interview).
- Age (30.09.2026): 21–35; APST +5; PwBD +10 (APST-PwBD 15); AP govt servants per rules; one-time relaxation for earlier cancelled ADO/HDO/VO/DDO exams.
- Fee: Rs. 200 online (PwBD exempt).
Selection
- Written: concerned subject Papers I & II (Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary / Sericulture / Dairy Tech). Qualifying: 33% aggregate + 20% each paper (PwBD 20%/10%). Interview ~3x.
- Recruitment Test (objective, screening only) if applicants exceed ratio → 12x to Written.
- Centres: Itanagar Capital Region.
