Eligibility
- Age: 18 to 42 years as on 01.07.2026 (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/BC/EWS up to max. 47 years).
- Record Assistant: Intermediate.
- Office Subordinate: SSC or equivalent.
- Sweepers/Scavengers/Cooks/Dhobis/Barbers: 7th Class / Read & Write (Cooks/Dhobis/Barbers also need professional skill).
- Remuneration: Consolidated Rs. 15,000/- per month (outsourcing basis).
- District jurisdiction: erstwhile East Godavari District (local candidate rule as per Presidential Order).

The Government of Andhra Pradesh, Police Department has issued Notification No. 01/2026 dated 24.08.2026 for recruitment of Record Assistant, Office Subordinate, Sweepers, Scavengers, Cooks, Dhobis and Barbers on outsourcing basis in the 4th IR Battalion, APSP, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District (erstwhile East Godavari District jurisdiction) as per G.O.Ms.No. 120, Home (SER-III) Department, dt. 26.06.2023.

Age Limit
- Candidates must not have crossed the age of 42 years and should not be below 18 years.
- Age relaxation of 5 years (up to a maximum of 47 years) for SC/ST/BCs/EWS candidates.
- Maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01.07.2026.

- Local candidate rule: Only candidates who studied in the erstwhile East Godavari district (based on Class 4th to 10th study certificates) will be considered Local Candidates as per the Presidential Order.
