- Programme Officer: M.E./M.Tech Coastal Management/Environmental Engineering + 5 yrs exp (PhD Coastal/Ocean/Water Resources/Environmental with BE Civil desirable)
- Information Officer: M.E./M.Tech Coastal Management/Environmental Engineering/Hydrology/Water Resources + 3 yrs exp (EIACP experience desirable)
- IT/GIS Officer: B.E./B.Tech (IT/CS/Civil/Geoinformatics) with GIS software + 2 yrs exp
- DEO: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc., M.Sc. or MSW + web portal/data work
