Andaman & Nicobar State AYUSH Society Recruitment 2026 - SPM, MO-cum-CHO & Yoga Instructor

The Andaman & Nicobar State AYUSH Society under the National AYUSH Mission (NAM) has published a Vacancy Notice (F.No. P-110988/40/2022-ANSAS.SEC-Health_AN/404, dated 17 August 2026) inviting applications for recruitment of various posts on a contract basis for a period of 11 months. Candidates can apply by 10 September 2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• State Programme Manager (SPM NAM): Graduation degree in any discipline including AYUSH AND MBA in Healthcare Management / Human Resource (HR) Management (or HR as one of the subject) / Masters in Health / Hospital Administration / Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Health care management (Two years) from an AICTE recognized institute. Minimum 2 years working experience in Public Health Programmes in Government / PSU or reputed private sector organizations. Exposure in social sector schemes / Govt. missions at National / State / District level.
• MO-cum-CHO Homeopathy: Degree in Homoeopathy from a recognized University / Statutory State Board / Council / Faculty of Homoeopathy or equivalent recognized under the Homoeopathic Central Council Act, 1973, with registration in the State or Central Register of Homoeopathic Medicine. Desirable: 2 years of Homoeopathy practice in a recognized Hospital or Dispensary.
• Yoga Instructor (Part-Time): 10+2 pass with Yoga Wellness Instructor Course Certificate by Yoga Certification Board OR 10+2 pass with Diploma in Yoga from a recognized University / Institute of repute. Preference for candidates with certification by Yoga Certification Board, MoAYUSH.

Important Conditions

• Engagement on contract basis for a period of 11 months as per guidelines of A&N State AYUSH Society (NAM).
• Selected candidates liable to serve anywhere in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
• Appointment purely on merit basis; candidates may be shortlisted for interview.
• No TA/DA payable for appearing in interview; no individual call letters issued.
• Age relaxable as per norms of A&N Administration.
