Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / CS (Inter) from a recognized University with Computer Knowledge.

Desirable: At least 3+ years relevant post-qualification work experience in the field of Accounting and Finance; Knowledge of Tally.

Salary / Remuneration

Rs. 30,000/- per month with annual increment @ 5% per annum on the basis of Performance Management System, along with all allowances and benefits approved by the Ministry as per the Model Human Resource Manual for State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM).

Age Limit

Not above 55 years.

Job Description

• Establish Fund Management System and update regularity.
• Undertake field visits proactively for sample check of accounts of BMMU.
• Facilitate procurement of goods and services.
• Ensure timely availability and disbursement of project funds.
• Ensure timeliness of Tally entry and finance related information.
• Ensure timely disbursement of Community Support Fund (Start-up Fund, RF, CIF, VRF, etc.).
• Ensure timely disbursement of Salary, TA/DA and other allowances.
• Extend cooperation and support in internal and external audit.
• Ensure achievement of financial targets as per plan.
• Take up any other task as allocated by the competent authority.

Selection Process

Candidates shall be shortlisted on merit basis and called for a personal interview. The merit list is prepared on the basis of weightage/marks fixed in the notice:

Self-marking formula: Essential Qualification = (Marks obtained x Weightage mark) / Maximum Mark; Experience (SPM-FM) = (No. of months of experience x Weightage mark) / 36; Computer Knowledge = (Duration of computer course in months x Weightage mark) / 12.

General Information / Terms of Engagement

• Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for a period of 11 months, likely to be extended on mutual consent; this does not confer any right/privilege for regular appointment or continuity of service.
• Leave accrues @ 2.5 days per working month; SMD may sanction advance leave; maximum 15 days can be carried forward; leave is not encashable.
• Service may be required beyond office hours on certain days without any additional incentive/remuneration.
• The Director (RD), being State Mission Director, ANIRLM, reserves the right to terminate the engagement with one month notice or one month salary in lieu thereof; the incumbent may also resign with one month notice.
• No accommodation facility will be provided.
• No TA/DA shall be payable for appearing in the interview.
• Candidature is liable to be cancelled if any incorrect/false information is furnished or eligibility norms are not fulfilled.
