Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification: Graduate or +2.

Desirable: 1 year experience in social work; Knowledge in computer application.

Salary / Remuneration

Rs. 18,000/- per month with annual increment @ 5% per annum on the basis of Performance Management System, along with all allowances and benefits approved by the Ministry as per the Model Human Resource Manual for State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM).

Age Limit

Not above 55 years.

Job Description

• Undertake field visits proactively.
• Work in close coordination with BMM to implement planned activities in the cluster / (Sub Block).
• Identify and facilitate the progress of organizing and inclusion of women, vulnerable communities and strengthening them into functional Community Level Institutions.
• Facilitate activities relating to livelihoods planning, micro-credit meetings, micro credit plan development, CIF utilization among communities.
• Liaison for service delivery of government entitlements and social safety net schemes in the cluster.
• Enhance access to entitlements and schemes to community level institutions through convergence.
• Ensure clean data entered into the MIS at BMMU level in a timely manner.
• Ensure the scope of livelihood activities and its implementation.
• Submit MPRs, QPRs and other relevant reports.
• Liaison with PRI institutions, line departments and non-government organizations.
• Take up any other task as allocated by competent authority at BMMU.

Selection Process

Candidates shall be shortlisted on merit basis and called for a personal interview. The merit list is prepared on the basis of weightage/marks fixed in the notice:

Self-marking formula: Essential Qualification = (Marks obtained x Weightage mark) / Maximum Mark; Experience (Cluster Coordinator) = (No. of months of experience x Weightage mark) / 12; Knowledge of Computer = (Duration of computer course in months x Weightage mark) / 12.

General Information / Terms of Engagement

• Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for a period of 11 months, likely to be extended on mutual consent; this does not confer any right/privilege for regular appointment or continuity of service.
• The emoluments of the respective posts are fixed as given above.
• Leave accrues @ 2.5 days per working month; SMD may sanction advance leave; maximum 15 days can be carried forward to next year; leave is not encashable but can be surrendered in lieu of notice period.
• Any leave availed without the permission/approval/ratification of the Reporting Officer (SMD) is treated as absence.
• Service may be required on certain days beyond office hours for which no additional incentive/remuneration/compensation will be paid.
• Director (RD), being State Mission Director, ANIRLM, A&N Administration, reserves the right to terminate the engagement of contract without assigning any reason after serving one month notice or by paying one month salary; the incumbent shall have to give a notice of one month before resigning from the post or deposit a months salary in lieu thereof.
• No accommodation facility will be provided to the selected persons.
• No TA/DA shall be payable for appearing in the interview.
• While applying, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case of incorrect/false information or suppression of material facts, candidature will stand cancelled.

Administrative Control

The Cluster Coordinator shall report to the Block Mission Manager i.e. Block Development Officer and work under his/her directions.

2. The vacancy for the post of Cluster Coordinator has to be filled from the Community/Block concerned (Mayabunder). Hence, the candidates may carefully apply for the interested block and should be resident of the concerned block.
3. Candidates shall do self-marking of Essential & Desirable qualifications and computer knowledge as per the method given in the notice and fill it in the application form.
4. Applications must reach the Directorate on or before 26.03.2026 till 5:00 PM.
5. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the Directorate of RD, PRIs & ULBs, Sri Vijaya Puram; the date of interview will be declared along with the list of shortlisted candidates. No separate call letters will be issued.
6. Selected candidates must bring original mark sheets and certificates (Educational Qualification, Employment Registration Card, Local Certificate, Computer Certificate, etc.) for verification during the personal interview.
