AMU Students Counselling Centre Counsellor Recruitment 2026 – Local Advertisement No. 01/2026/SCC
The Students' Counselling Centre (SCC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement of one Male and one Female Counsellor on a fixed salary of Rs. 15,000/- per month (Local Advertisement No. 01/2026/SCC).

Essential Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology / Master's Degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- One year regular PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling / Counselling / Rehabilitation from a recognized Institution.
- Two years' experience of measuring aptitude, interest, motivation and personality, career information dissemination, arranging Career Talks and designing training programmes.
Desirable: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology; Ph.D. in Psychology (preferably Clinical); any RCI-recognized counselling course/diploma.
