University of Allahabad invites applications for 1 Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the ANRF (Anusandhan National Research Foundation) funded project "Optimization, Fabrication and Characterization of Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Deposited CuSbS2 Thin Film Solar Cells" (Advt. No. JK/520/2026, dated 06-08-2026).

Emoluments

GATE/NET is not mandatory for candidates with first class ME/M.Tech/MS obtained through a national-level admission exam conducted by central government institutes (IITs, IISc, IISERs, DRDO, DST, DAE etc.) or CGPA 6.5+ in ME/MTech/MS.
Eligibility
- Essential: M.E./M.Tech./B.Tech/M.Sc. with First class in ECE/EIE/Material Science/Nanotechnology/Physics or equivalent allied subjects with 60% marks for GEN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC-recognized University/Institute.
- Desired: GATE/CSIR/UGC NET qualified.
- Desirable: Knowledge in characterization, semiconductor physics, material synthesis and fabrication, solar cells.
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years (relaxation as per govt/agency norms).
