Selected candidates will receive:
INR 1,500 per lecture
Maximum honorarium of INR 50,000 per month
Candidates should possess:
A Master’s degree in Sociology with at least 55% marks, or an equivalent grade, from a recognised Indian university or an accredited foreign university.
NET in Sociology conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or an equivalent examination such as SLET/SET.
Candidates holding a Ph.D. in Sociology in accordance with applicable UGC regulations may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirements, subject to university rules.
Candidates must complete the online application and subsequently submit a hard copy of the filled application form to the office of the Department of Sociology, Aligarh Muslim University.
