The All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), Mysore (An Autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India) invites applications for 8 posts on a contractual basis (Advt. No. 15/2026 dated 19.08.2026).

Remuneration
- Grade I (Post Code 1-6): Rs. 50,000/- per month (no other allowances)

- Speech & Hearing Technician (Post Code 7-8): Rs. 25,000/- per month (no other allowances)
The post may be filled at Grade I or Grade II level depending upon the qualification of the selected candidate (PG for Grade I, UG for Grade II).
Essential Qualification
- Grade I (Audiologist / Speech Language Pathologist): M.Sc in Speech and Hearing / M.Sc Speech Language Pathology / Audiology or equivalent.
- Grade II (Audiologist / Speech Language Pathologist): BASLP / B.Sc in Speech and Hearing or equivalent.
- Technician (Post Code 7 & 8): Diploma in Hearing, Language and Speech (DHLS) or Diploma in Hearing aid & Ear Mould Technology (DHA & ET) or equivalent.
- RCI Registration: Essential for post codes 1 to 8 (valid registration with Rehabilitation Council of India).
Age Limit
Up to 45 years (as on last date of application).
Tenure
Contractual appointment valid till 30.11.2026 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
