AIIMS Patna, Department of Community & Family Medicine invites applications for various posts under the TB AYUSH project. Advertisement No: 555/AIIMS/Pat./C&FM/2026, dated 05/08/2026. Project title: "Efficacy, Safety, and Tolerability of Ayurveda regimen as an adjunct to anti-tuberculosis treatment (ATT) and macronutrient supplementation on body weight, nutritional outcomes, and quality of life in adults with newly diagnosed drug-sensitive NAAT-positive Pulmonary Tuberculosis: An open-label randomized controlled parallel-arm clinical study". Project duration: 2 years. Place of duty: AIIMS Patna.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification & Experience: As per post, counted as on last date of receipt of application forms (20/08/2026).
• Age Limit: 35 years as on last date of application. Relaxation up to 5 years for Government servants & SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates.
• Desirable: Prior TB research experience, NTEP programme expertise, Hindi & English proficiency, GCP training, research publications.

Selection Process

• Interview (if ≤30 eligible candidates) or Written Test followed by Interview (if >30 eligible candidates); skill test/typing test for applicable posts.
• No TA/DA paid for the selection process.

Terms of Engagement

• Duration: Purely temporary — initial appointment 6 months, renewed yearly based on PI performance evaluation and Competent Authority approval till project completion (2 years).
• Contract may be terminated with one week's notice for non-performance; no claim to regular employment at AIIMS Patna/funding agency.
• Full-time appointment; private practice prohibited.
