Eligibility

• Applications invited from eligible Officers of Central/State Government, U.T., Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, Ministries, R&D Organizations and Police Departments (incl. Armed Forces & Para Military Forces).
• Maximum age limit for applying on deputation is 56 years as on last date of posting of application.
• Deputation period 3 years, extendable up to maximum 5 years as per DoPT guidelines.
• The number of posts is tentative and liable to change based on the Institute's requirement.
• Application must be submitted through proper channel to the Recruitment Cell, AIIMS Patna by Speed Post/Registered post only; no advance copy accepted.
• Vigilance clearance strictly in Annexure-II format; vigilance clearance in any other format or with conditions will be rejected.
• Officers not following Central Government pay scales must submit a comparative pay scale chart duly certified by their Finance/Accounts Department.
• Envelope must be superscripted 'Application for the Post of ____ on Deputation Basis'.
• Educational Qualification: Post-wise essential qualifications as per Recruitment Rules; generally holding analogous post on regular basis OR specified years of regular service in specified Grade Pay with relevant degree/experience. Examples: Superintending Engineer - analogous post OR Executive Engineer with 5 yrs regular service in GP Rs. 7600/- OR 10 yrs in GP Rs. 6600/-; Chief Librarian - Master's in Science (preferably Biological Sciences) + Degree/Diploma in Library Science (Desirable: Master's in Library Science, Medical Librarianship training); Senior Analyst - ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or Ph.D. in Computer Science + 15 yrs IT experience; Hospital Architect - Degree in Architecture + not less than 5 yrs experience (CPWD or similar); Executive Engineer (Electrical/AC&R) - Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering + 5 yrs experience in design and engineering of civil projects (preferably hospital); Accounts Officer - Graduate in Commerce with at least 55% aggregate + 3 yrs supervisory experience in Govt. Organisation (Desirable: CA/Cost Accountant/MBA Finance)
