Eligibility

• 12th pass or equivalent from recognized board with 5 years' experience of administrative work OR Graduate in any discipline with 2 years' experience of administration work.
• A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour (KDPH) on computer.
• Age limit up to 30 years; SC/ST relaxation up to 5 years and OBC up to 3 years (community certificate issued by competent authority mandatory).
• Desirable: experience as part of a research team/working in hospital settings; proficiency in writing/typing in English, Hindi & Marathi; proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum qualifications are applicable; candidates with higher qualifications can also apply.
• No TA/DA for attending interview; apart from consolidated pay no other allowances are admissible.
• Candidate should be able to speak fluently in English, Marathi/Hindi.
• Tenure fixed duration under ICMR-funded project; no claim to permanent employment.
• Educational Qualification: 12th pass/equivalent with 5 years' administrative work experience OR Graduate (any discipline) with 2 years' administrative work experience; plus computer typing speed test of not less than 8000 KDPH

3. written test conducted if more than 15:1 applications per post to shortlist for personal interview
4. final selection by personal interview at Department of Psychiatry, 2nd floor IPD Block, AIIMS Campus, MIHAN, Nagpur. Interview date to be notified.
