Eligibility
- PRS-I (Medical): MBBS/BAMS/BDS or equivalent with published research articles in indexed journals; experience in CTRI registered clinical trial related to Ayurveda desirable.
- PTS-I (Panchakarma): 10th + Diploma (Panchkarma) + 2 years experience OR 3-year Graduate degree + 1 year experience. Female candidates only.

AIIMS Nagpur – Project Research Scientist-I (Medical) & Project Technical Support-I (Panchakarma Technician, Female) – CATCH Trial 2026
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur invites applications from eligible candidates for staff positions under the ICMR-AYUSH funded project titled “Efficacy of Comprehensive Ayurvedic Treatment (CAT) as Add-on to Conventional Bio-medicine in Improving Quality of Life (QoL) in Unresectable stage III-IVB Head-Neck Squamous cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) Patients: An Assessor blind Randomized Controlled Trial – CATCH Trial” (Project ID: CAR-2023-03-00353). The scientific project human resource positions are purely temporary in nature and co-terminus with the project. Adv No: AIIMS-NAG/ANAT/CATCH/26-27/28, dated 20/08/2026.

Note: The post will be governed as per terms and conditions of ICMR and is advertised in accordance with the fund released by ICMR.
Selection Procedure
- Only complete applications will be considered. Incomplete applications or applications without prescribed format or received after due date will not be considered.
- Qualifying Assessment will include a written test and skill assessment.
- The written examination will consist of multiple-choice questions in General Science, General Analytical ability, and knowledge of concerned area. This will be followed by skill assessment.
- The assessment will be conducted offline in physical mode.
- Those found to be qualified on the basis of written and skill assessment will be further evaluated by interview.
- If the number of applicants for PTS-I (Panchakarma Technician – Female) is less than 10, direct interviews will be held on 07.09.2026 between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM without a prior written screening test.

Terms & Conditions
- Posts are purely for project purpose and selected candidates cannot claim benefits of permanent posts.
- The period of employment may be initially for 11 Months and renewable additionally for maximum 11 months based on satisfactory performance and availability of project funds.
- The contract will automatically expire on completion of 11 Months period unless renewed with mutual consent.
- The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
- No hostel or any other accommodation will be provided.
- No application fee required.
