Division of Trauma Laboratory Medicine, JPNATC, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi invites applications for 01 post of Project Technical Support-II (Lab Technician) under a project on VDR Gene Polymorphism and Vitamin D Deficiency in North Indian Patients with Intervertebral Disc Degeneration.

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• 12th (Science) + Diploma in MLT/DMLT OR 12th Science with 5 years' experience.
• OR B.Sc in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Medical Lab Technology/Bioinformatics in relevant subject with 2 years' experience.
• Desirable: experience in clinical sample processing (blood, tissue, stool); DNA/RNA extraction, basic molecular biology techniques, RT-PCR, genomics and transcriptomics, phlebotomy, histology/IHC support, biobanking and lab maintenance.

Age Limit

Maximum 30 years; relaxation as per rules of ICMR/AIIMS.

Selection Process

• Selection through performance in Interview; only short-listed candidates called.
• No TA/DA paid for attending test/interview.
