| Medical Superintendent | Medical qualification in I/II Schedule of IMC Act 1956 + MD/MS or MHA/PG degree + 10 years experience in Hospital Administration in senior position, preferably hospitals with 300 beds |
| Registrar | Graduate of recognized University + 7 years administration experience in supervisory capacity or as teacher in University/Teaching institution. Desirable: PG Degree |
| Executive Engineer (Civil) | Analogous post OR Assistant Engineer (Civil) with 5 years service (GP Rs. 5400) OR Junior Engineer (Civil) with 7 years service (GP Rs. 4600) |
| Executive Engineer (Electrical) | Analogous post OR Assistant Engineer (Electric) with 5 years service (GP Rs. 5400) OR Junior Engineer (Electric) with 7 years service (GP Rs. 4600) |
| Senior Accounts Officer | Analogous post OR 5 years regular service in relevant field in grade pay of Rs. 5400 |
| Assistant Administrative Officer | Analogous post OR 5 years service (GP Rs. 4200) + Degree from recognized University. Desirable: MBA/PGDM, Govt rules knowledge, computer proficiency |

General Conditions
- Maximum age limit for applying on deputation: 56 years as on last date of receipt of application
- Initial period of deputation: 3 years for all posts
- Applications from Non-government employees will not be entertained
- Posts carry usual allowances admissible to Central Government employees of similar status at Gorakhpur
- Deputation governed by DoPT O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010
