Applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for the following post on a purely temporary basis in the ongoing extramural research project funded by ICMR, titled “CARDINAL: A Pilot Study on Comprehensive AI-driven Risk Detection and Integrated analysis for Advanced cardiovascular care”, under Principal Investigator Dr. Ashutosh Prasad Tripathi, Assistant Professor, Department of Cardiology, AIIMS Gorakhpur.

Vacancy Details

Essential Qualification and Experience

• 12th (Science) with Diploma (MLT / DMLT / Engineering or equivalent) and five years experience in the relevant subject / field; or
• Three-year graduate degree in the relevant subject / field with two years experience in the relevant subject

Desirable

• Experience in collecting and handling all types of samples, including blood, urine and stool
• Processing and temporary storage of collected clinical samples and their derivatives
• Documentation of records of receiving, storing and retrieving samples
• One year of experience of working in a research institute or university hospital

Terms and Conditions

• Engagement is purely temporary and initially for a period of 6 months or less, depending on the tenure of the project; extension is subject to performance, project tenure, availability of funds and approval of the competent authority
• The number of posts may vary; emoluments may vary according to the sanction of the funding agency
• Cut-off date for age is the last date of application; age relaxation is as per ICMR and Government of India rules (SC/ST/OBC candidates only against reserved posts)
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview; candidates must arrange their own travel and stay
• The selected candidate must join within 5 days of declaration of the result
• Persons engaged on project human resource positions shall have no claim on any regular post in ICMR, AIIMS Gorakhpur or any other government organisation
• Candidates already working against regular / permanent posts under a government department or organisation are not eligible to apply; candidates already employed must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer
• No benefits such as provident fund, LTC or medical claim are admissible
• The decision of the interview committee and the competent authority shall be final and binding

Documents to be Produced at the Interview

• Filled application form with recent passport-size colour photograph, detailed bio-data / CV and all self-attested certificates and mark sheets from 10th standard onwards
• Photo identity proof and address proof (Aadhaar card / passport / PAN card / driving licence / voter ID)
• Proof of date of birth (10th certificate or birth certificate)
• Experience certificates clearly showing date of joining and date of relieving
• List of publications, GATE / NET clearance certificate, if any
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents along with the application form
