AIIMS Delhi Eligibility Criteria 2026
- Eligibility is officer-based: candidates must be serving officers of the Central/State Government, Union Territory Administration, or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with the prescribed years of regular service in the relevant pay scale.
- Post-wise essential qualifications include degree (and for some posts MBA/PG diploma in Personnel Management, B.Sc. Nursing with 15 years' experience for Chief Nursing Officer, Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering for engineering posts, Degree + PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management for store posts, etc.).
- Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 03 years. Applications must be routed through the proper channel with vigilance clearance and APAR/CR dossiers (latest 5 years); applications without these will not be considered.
- Deputation governed by DoPT O.M. No. 06/08/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17.06.2010.
