Monitoring and evaluation of multi-state HIV surveillance and field activities; planning, implementation and evaluation of public-health programmes; coordination with NACO, SACS, district authorities and facilities; stakeholder meetings and capacity building; data quality assessment, validation, management and statistical analysis; technical and scientific reports, presentations and publications; field visits and supportive supervision.
