Eligibility Criteria
+Educational Qualification: Graduation in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from IITs, NITs, or other institutions ranked within the top 100 in Engineering category of NIRF Rankings for the year of graduation (or preceding year).
+Experience: 0–2 years after essential educational qualification.
+Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on the date of issue of the Hiring Notice (06 July 2026).
+Domicile Requirement: Candidates can only apply for vacancies advertised for their State/UT of domicile. Exception: Andaman & Nicobar Islands vacancies are open to candidates from other States/UTs as well.

- Project Preparation & Design Appraisal: Review feasibility studies, DPRs, alignment plans, IRC/MoRTH compliance +
- Construction Supervision & Monitoring: Field visits, monitor physical/financial progress, quality and safety compliance +
- Contract & Documentation Support: Contract management, correspondence, technical notes, project records/MIS +
- Quality Assurance: Review test results, site practices, compliance with approved drawings and QAPs +
- Post-Construction & O&M Support: Completion documentation, punch-list closure, defect liability period monitoring +
