2. Consultant Grade-I (For Exhibition) – 01 Post

- Essential: Master's degree in relevant subject or 4-year degree after 10+2; More than 10 years' experience as Project Incharge or Supervisory Capacity in literary festivals, event management +
- Desirable: Experience managing Government events & exhibitions; Government financial/procurement processes +

3. Literary Festival Curator – 01 Post

- Essential: Bachelor's degree preferably in literature/humanities/social sciences; 5-7 years' experience with literary event planning management; Knowledge of publishing industry; Understanding of multi-lingual literary landscape of India +
