- Registration: Must be registered at ICAI Placement Portal (https://icaiplacements.icai.org) +
- Age: 21-32 years as on 30.06.2026 (SC/ST: +5 yrs, OBC: +3 yrs, PwBD: +10 yrs) +
Compensation

- Annual Fixed Compensation: Rs. 16.67 Lakh (approx.) +
- Variable Pay: Up to 20% of fixed compensation based on performance +
- Group Insurance: Medical, Accidental & Term Life (over and above compensation) +
Contract Tenure
+Initial period of 3 years, renewable for additional 2 years at discretion of NaBFID.

+Personal Interview only. Shortlisting ratio: 5 to 15 times of position-wise vacancies.
+Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for GEN/EWS, 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD
+Tentative Interview Date: 04-Aug-2026 at ICAI Mumbai Centre
