- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2027 (Born between 01/01/2002 and 01/01/2009) +
- Educational Qualification: 10th Pass from recognized Board OR ITI OR Equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT +
- Sports Achievements: Represented country in Commonwealth Championships/Asian Championships/SAF Games/USIC Championships/World University Games OR 3rd position in Federation Cup OR Represented State with 8th position in Senior National Championships OR 3rd position in Senior/Youth/Junior National Championships +
- Sports performance adjudged based on participation held on or after 01/04/2024 +
