- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline (60% marks, 55% for SC/ST) or Diploma in Engineering. Post-graduation considered as additional qualification. For non-technical posts (HR, etc.) — MBA/PG Diploma or relevant degree. +
- Experience: 2–11 years post-qualification experience as per grade. Minimum 2 years at 70% of the consolidated remuneration. +
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST — 5 yrs, OBC (NCL) — 3 yrs, PwD — 10 yrs. Max cap: 56 yrs. +
