+Deputy Director / Executive Engineer: Officers from Central/State Govt/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies — holding analogous post OR 5 years in Level-10. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engg. + 5 yrs experience in irrigation/water utilization.
+Superintending Engineer: Officers from Central/State Govt/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies — holding analogous post OR 5 years in Level-11. Degree in Civil Engg. + 5 yrs experience in irrigation/water utilization.
