- +3 (Graduation) or equivalent from a recognized university
- Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute
- Age: 18 - 42 years as on 13.08.2026 (relaxation as per rules)
- Must be able to speak, read and write Odia (M.E. standard)
- For Stenographer: Stenography course certificate
- For Typist: English Typewriting course certificate
Eligibility (Salaried Amin):
- Matriculation or equivalent
- Revenue Inspector Training
- Age: 18 - 42 years as on 13.08.2026
- Basic knowledge in computer application
