- Educational Qualification: Graduate - Full-time 4-year B.E./B.Tech (AICTE); Diploma - Full-time 3-year diploma in engineering (AICTE); ITI - NCVT certificate in relevant trade (DGT)
- Domicile: Indian Nationals having domicile of West Bengal only
- Passed Year: Degree/Diploma/ITI passed in 2022 or after 2022
- Age Limit: 18-26 years as on 24/08/2026 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per Govt of India)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate Apprentice: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline
- Diploma Apprentice: Full-time Diploma in relevant engineering from AICTE-approved institution
- ITI Trade Apprentice: NCVT ITI certificate in relevant trade (Electrician, Wireman, Fitter, Electronics Mechanic, COPA)
- Age Limit: 18–26 years (age relaxation as per Govt/Govt of India norms: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years)
- Duration: 12 months for Graduate/Diploma, as per trade for ITI Apprentices.
Stipend
As per Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and AAI guidelines – ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month for Graduate/Diploma apprentices; ₹7,000–₹8,000 per month for ITI trade apprentices.
