+Engagement Period: Initially for 6 months or until regular incumbent joins. Extendable up to max age of 65 years.

+Post Code 0101 (Administration): Handling service-related matters of serving, former & retired employees (Groups A, B & C) — maintenance of Service Books, pay fixation, MACP, leave management, GPF, pension, leave encashment, SPARROW/CR, attendance, RGIS, vigilance clearance, caste verification, passport processing, legal/vigilance/election coordination, tender processes, and HR outsourcing consultancy.
+ +Post Code 0102 (Finance & Accounts): Managing receipts & payments, assisting in Engineering Services Division (ESD) works, auditing proposals, checking estimates, scrutiny of work/service contracts, auditing bills, handling PFMS, New FMS, AMS software, GST, Income Tax Returns, and CSIR purchase procedures. Minimum 10 years experience in ESD works with thorough knowledge of CPWD Manual, Electrical & Civil PAR.
