- Carry a recent passport-size photograph.

What to do if the SBI Clerk admit card is not yet released
If the download link is not yet active, it means SBI has not released the call letter. The link typically opens around two weeks before the first Prelims shift. Keep checking the recruitment page and the call letter / notifications section of SBI careers regularly.
Save your Registration Number carefully, since it is the only way to log in. Candidates often find the portal slow immediately after the release because lakhs of applicants try to log in simultaneously. Retry after a short gap and try a different browser if needed.
If your Prelims exam is scheduled a few days later and you still cannot access the call letter, contact the SBI helpdesk through the contact details in the notification without delay. Do not rely on any WhatsApp/Telegram copies of call letters, since forged call letters with incorrect centre addresses circulate widely before every SBI exam.
The same caution applies to the Main exam. The Mains call letter is released separately and only for candidates who qualify the Prelims. If you do not find the Mains link even after the Prelims result is declared, wait for the separate notice; SBI releases the Phase II letter on its own schedule, typically about two weeks before the Mains date. Keep checking the recruitment page, because the link is announced there first before any other channel.
FAQs about SBI Clerk admit card
Q: Is the SBI Clerk call letter sent by post or email?
A: No. SBI uploads it only on the recruitment portal. Candidates download and print it themselves.
Q: Can I download the Main exam call letter using the same registration number?
A: Yes. The same Registration Number works for all call letters related to the same recruitment cycle.
Q: What if I have applied for multiple state preferences? Which call letter applies to me?
A: Your primary preference determines the state. If shortlisted for different states in subsequent rounds, separate call letters / notices will be issued accordingly.
Q: My name is misspelled on the call letter. Can I still appear?
A: A minor spelling issue should be raised with SBI immediately so it is corrected before the exam day. Significant mismatches can cause identity verification issues at the centre.
Q: Is there a separate admit card for the local language test?
A: No separate hall ticket is needed for the local language test (if applicable), but candidates should keep the Main exam call letter and documents ready.
Q: The login page shows "invalid credentials". What should I do?
A: Confirm that you are logging into the correct recruitment cycle and that the date of birth format is correct. Use the recovery option for a forgotten password.
